Get in touch.

The hardest part of therapy is usually the first message. It does not have to be a good one — “things have been hard lately and I’d like to talk” is completely sufficient.

Send a message

Dr. Duffin reads and answers these personally, usually within one to two business days.

Please keep this brief and avoid sensitive clinical detail — email is convenient but it is not a secure medical channel. We will cover the detail properly on the phone.

Or call 954-551-5678

What happens next

No surprises, in four steps.

I read your message

Personally, usually within one to two business days. If several days pass with no reply, please assume something went astray and call — do not assume you were ignored.

We arrange a free 15-minute call

A short conversation about what is going on and whether I am the right person. There is no obligation and no charge.

If it fits, we book a first session

You will receive the intake paperwork in advance, along with the office address or the telehealth link.

If it does not fit, I help you find someone

That is a real offer, not a courtesy. I would rather spend ten minutes pointing you somewhere better than take on work I am not best placed to do.
